Plagiarism Policy

The following rules are accepted by all authors submitting articles.

1. For every article submitted to our journal for publication, a similarity check report must be uploaded to the system using the iThenticate or Turnitin program. The author is primarily responsible for this process.

2. At any stage of the process, the Editor may perform a similarity check using the iThenticate or Turnitin program. This process is independent of the author's uploading of a similarity check report to the system using the relevant program.

3. Articles with a general similarity rate of more than 15% are returned to the author without entering the review process. In this case, authors can revise their articles and resubmit them within 3 weeks.

4. Editors may perform similarity checks during or after the peer review process.

6. Regardless of the similarity ratio, any expressions and/or blocks taken from a source and not referenced will result in the work being returned to the author without being evaluated.
