The Journal of Physical Education, Sport, Health and Effort (BESSED) is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed, open access journal that publishes original research articles. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles in BESSED without prior permission from the publisher or author. This is in accordance with the definition of open access.
As of July 15, 2025, our journal system has been upgraded to align with international publishing standards, enhance article visibility and engagement, and improve integration with global indexing and academic platforms.
