All of the movements applied in the tests were done with physical education and sports clothes. The 8-week study was conducted 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 15:00-17:00. In the Flamingo Balance Test, 24 out of 30 students decreased their error rate compared to the first trial, 1 student made the same number of errors, and 5 students made more errors. While the total number of errors of 30 students was 154 in the first measurement, it was determined as 95 after 8 weeks of study. In the measurements made at the end of 8 weeks in the Measurement of Flexibility test, it is seen that the result of 16 athletes changed positively, the result of 12 athletes did not change, and the result of 2 athletes changed negatively. As a result, as a result of the 8-week study, it is seen that while the balance time of the athletes increased in general, their flexibility did not increase much.
