DETERMINING THE LEADERSHIP STYLES OF INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK AS FOOTBALL COACH IN MALATYA

Abstract

Thıs study ıs specifying the styles of football dırectors who work actively  and  investigation of scientific leadership reserches through the statistic information.In this study,the leadership styles of directors were specified by the way of questionnaire. The study contains the football directors in Malatya. 69 of the questionnaires that the directors filled were evaluated. The SPPS 16 programme was used for analysing the data as statistical.By using the “T test “ and “ ANOVA” tests  in the programme varyons analyse was applied and the valence  of “a” was taken  as  0.05 and the valance of “p” was compared and commented according to that valance. The scale was applied after the study of validity and reliability. At  the end of  the study it was identified that the football directors illustrated Otocratic leadership style. When it was anlysed according to the variants , the directors, who have Licence A and take stof of success with championship, illustrated stational leadership style and it was determinated that according to the other variants, the drectors illustrated otocratic leadership style
