As a result of the analysis; In the 2021-2022 season, in the decisions of TFF PDC, the 3rd League teams are the agenda items, mostly fines and warning penalties are given, the highest fine is given to the Super League teams as the total amount, the main reasons for the penalty are violation of instructions, unsportsmanlike behavior, It has been seen that there are field events and ugly and bad cheers, these behaviors are mostly exhibited by the fans, followed by the legal personality of the club and the athletes. The fact that the incidents do not decrease despite the fact that fines are mostly applied may indicate that the fines and similar penalties are insufficient. It can be said that clubs, by going over the factors that cause them to be penalized, and reducing these factors will provide them with both material and moral gain.
