Abstract
Bu çalışmada, farklı branşlardaki öğretmenlerin kişisel gelişim yönelimini ölçmek ve demografik değişkenler bakımından anlamlı farklılıkların olup olmadığını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada betimsel tarama yöntemi kullanılmış ve çıkarımsal bir niteliğe sahiptir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Gaziantep Şehitkamil ve Kahramanmaraş Onikişubat ilçelerinde rassal olarak seçilen okullarda görev yapan farklı branşlardaki öğretmenlerden 318 katılımcı oluşturmuştur. Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenler için gönüllü katılım kriteri esas alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada verilerin toplanması için araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan demografik değişkenlerden oluşan kişisel bilgi formu ve “Kişisel Gelişim Yönelimi Ölçeği-II” kullanılmıştır. Veriler 2022 yılı Ekim ve Aralık ayları arasında toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarılmış ve JAMOVI 2.3.16.0 paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularında farklı branşlardaki öğretmenlerin aritmetik ortalamada kişisel gelişim yönelimleri ve alt boyutlar puan ortalamalarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yapılan analiz neticesinde branş, daha önce kişisel gelişim eğitimi alma durumu, mesleğini isteyerek seçip seçmeme durumu ve mesleğin kişiye uygun olup olmadığı durumu değişkenlerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Kişisel gelişim tüm bireylerin ilerlemesi için önemlidir. Gelişimin sağlanmasında öğretmenlere önemli görevler düşmektedir. Bu araştırma ile öğretmenlerin kişisel gelişim yönelimleri bazı demografik değişkenler bakımından belirlemiştir.

Abstract
In this study, it is aimed to measure the personal development orientation of teachers in different branches and to determine whether there are significant differences in terms of demographic variables. In this study, descriptive scanning method was used and it has an inferential quality. The sample of the study consisted of 318 participants from different branches of teachers working in randomly selected schools in Gaziantep Şehitkamil and Kahramanmaraş Onikisubat districts. Voluntary participation criteria were taken as basis for the teachers participating in the study. In this study, a personal information form consisting of demographic variables and "Personal Development Orientation Scale-II" prepared by the researchers were used to collect data. Data were collected between October and December 2022. The obtained data were transferred to the computer environment and analyzed using the JAMOVI 2.3.16.0 package program. In the research findings, it was determined that teachers in different branches had a high level of personal development orientations and sub-dimensions point averages in the arithmetic average. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that there are statistically significant differences in the variables of the branch, the status of having received personal development training before, the status of choosing the profession voluntarily and whether the profession is suitable for the person. Personal development is important for the progress of all individuals. Teachers have an important role in ensuring development. With this research, teachers' personal development orientations were determined in terms of some demographic variables.
