OLİMPİYAT OYUNLARININ TARİHSEL SÜREÇ İÇERİSİNDEKİ GELİŞİMİ: EĞİTİM PROGRAMLARI AÇISINDAN BİR DEĞERLENDİRME

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın temel amacı Olimpiyat Oyunlarının tarihsel gelişimini ve dünyada düzenlendiği ülkelerdeki dağılımını Olimpik eğitim süreci açısından incelemektir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır: Araştırmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmış, veriler bilimsel çalışmalar ve doküman analizi sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda Olimpiyat Oyunları'nın tarihsel süreci, 1896 yılından günümüze kadar dünyada Olimpiyat Oyunları'na ev sahipliği yapan ülkelerin düzenlendikleri ülkelerdeki dağılımları ve olimpik eğitim kaplarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada hem yerli hem de yabancı literatür incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre Olimpiyat Oyunlarının tarihsel süreci, Olimpiyat Oyunlarının düzenlendiği ülkelerdeki dağılımı ve olimpik eğitim kampları incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre Olimpiyat Oyunlarına ev sahipliği yapan ülkeler sporun geleceği için büyük önem taşımakta ve spor bilincinin yerleşmesi açısından kalıcı etkilere sahip olmaktadır. Olimpik eğitim programlarının ülkelerin spor bilinci açısından stratejik bir yol çizdiği ve bu programların spor bilincinin ve sporun kitlelere yayılması açısından sivil toplum, sporun tüm paydaşları ve yönetimin tüm faktörleri ile mümkün olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract
The main purpose of this research is to examine the historical development of the Olympic Games and their distribution in the countries where they are organized in the world in terms of the Olympic education process. In the research, descriptive survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used and data were obtained as a result of scientific studies and document analysis. In line with the data obtained as a result of the research, it is aimed to examine the historical process of the Olympic Games, the distribution of the countries hosting the Olympic Games in the countries where they are organized in the world from 1896 to the present day and the Olympic education containers. In the research, both domestic and foreign literature were analyzed. According to the findings obtained as a result of the research, the historical process of the Olympic Games, the distribution of the Olympic Games in the countries where they were organized and the Olympic training camps were examined. According to the findings obtained as a result of the research, the countries hosting the Olympic Games are of great importance for the future of sports and have lasting effects in terms of the establishment of sports awareness. It is concluded that Olympic training programmes draw a strategic path in terms of sports awareness of the countries and that these programmes are possible with civil society, all stakeholders of sports and all factors of management in terms of spreading sports awareness and sports to the masses.
