This study was conducted to examine the leadership orientations of the handball coaches who are actively working in the 2022-2023 Türkiye Handball Season. In the study, a personal data form which was prepared by the researcher and the "Multidimensional Leadership Orientations Scale" developed by Dursun, Günay and Yenel (2019) were used to collect data about the gender, age, income status and coaching year of the participants. The research group consists of 89 female and 157 male handball trainers who are actively working in the 2022-2023 Türkiye Handball Season. The scale and personal data form were applied to the basketball players who participated in the study with the online method using the purposeful sampling method. The data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed in the SPSS.22 package program. Descriptive statistics were used in the analysis of the data, t-test for independent groups was used in pairwise group comparisons, and one-way analysis of variance ANOVA test was used to compare multiple groups. The significance level of 0.05 was considered in the interpretation of the results. No statistically significant difference was found in the leadership orientations of the handball coaches participating in the study according to the measured variables.
