Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı sporcuların batıl inanç ve davranışlarının çeşitli faktörlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 11-25 arasındaki sporcular katılım göstermiştir. Araştırmada kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile 177 kişi katılmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formu kişisel özelliklere yönelik sorulardan ve Sporda Batıl İnanç ve Davranış Envanteri kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analiz edilmesinde SPSS 21 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Sporda batıl inanç ve davranış envanterine yönelik tanımlayıcı bulgular incelenmiştir. Ortalama puanlar incelendiğinde Dua Etme alt boyutu haricinde toplam ölçek puanı ve diğer alt boyutların puanları 2’nin altındadır. Bu durum araştırmaya katılan sporcuların özellikle dua etme alışkanlıklarının olduğunu göstermektedir. Kadın sporcuların uğurlu sayılan nesnelere yönelik algıları erkeklerden daha yüksektir. 21 yaş ve üzeri sporcuların giyim ve görünüş alt boyutu ile oyun ve karşılaşma öncesi alt boyutunda almış oldukları puanlar diğerlerine göre anlamlı şekilde daha yüksektir. Futbol ve voleybol branşında olan sporcuların uğurlu sayılan nesneler alt boyutundan aldıkları puan daha yüksekken, Atletizm ve futbol branşında olan sporcuların dua etme alt boyutundan aldıkları puan daha yüksektir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to examine the superstitious beliefs and behaviors of athletes according to various factors. Descriptive survey model was used in the research. Athletes between 11-25 participated in the study. 177 people participated in the study with the convenience sampling method. A questionnaire form was used to collect data in the study. Questionnaire form was used from questions about personal characteristics and Superstitious Behavior and Behavior Inventory in Sports. SPSS 21 package program was used to analyze the data. Descriptive findings for the inventory of superstition and behavior in sports were examined. When the average scores are examined, the total scale score and the scores of the other sub-dimensions are below 2, except for the Praying sub-dimension. This shows that the athletes participating in the research have a habit of praying in particular. Perceptions of female athletes about objects considered auspicious are higher than that of men. The scores of 21 years and older athletes in the clothing and appearance sub-dimension and in the pre-game and pre-match sub-dimension are significantly higher than the others. Athletes in the football and volleyball branches have higher scores from the objects considered auspicious sub-dimension, while the athletes in the athletics and football branches have a higher score in the praying sub-dimension.
